Mechanical coating "Emaluche" rust prevention treatment
Metal processing is possible regardless of whether it is ferrous or non-ferrous! The coating will not peel off even after bending or riveting.
"Emaluche" (manufactured by Emannack Co., Ltd.) is an alloy powder with a high degree of sphericity made primarily of zinc and consisting of four or more elements. By mixing this coating with shot and projecting it at high speed onto the workpiece, the kinetic energy generated causes the alloy particles to adhere to the surface of the workpiece, forming a coating. The coating has a thin and dense structure with strong adhesion, ensuring that it does not peel off even when bent or crimped. [Features] - Treating the surface before painting improves scratch resistance and exhibits high rust prevention capability. - Processing of metals is possible regardless of whether they are ferrous or non-ferrous. - Mechanical properties are enhanced due to the peening effect. - There is no reduction in the strength of the workpiece due to heat. - There are no acid treatments or electrochemical reactions, eliminating issues related to delayed fracture due to hydrogen embrittlement. * Manufactured by Emannack Co., Ltd. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
